Products of Special Engineering material can be manufactured in two different ways: injection molding or CNC machining.
Special engineering plastics refer to a class of engineering plastics that have high comprehensive performance and are generally developed according to special-purpose requirements.
Compared with general-purpose engineering plastics, special engineering plastics have better and unique properties and can be used for a long time at a temperature above 150°C. There are many kinds of special engineering plastics, with excellent performance and high price.
Special engineering plastics mainly include
PTFE, PEEK, PPS, PPSU, PPO, PI, PVDF, PEI, PAI, PBI, LCP etc.



PEEK Products Solution
Products of PEEK material can be manufactured in two different ways: PEEK injection molding or PEEK machining.
PEEK material can be reinforced by glass fiber and carbon fiber to improve the mechanical and thermal properties of the product
PEEK material products have excellent wear resistance, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, heat aging resistance, etc. Its advantages are as follows:
● High temperature resistance, the long-term use temperature can reach 250°C;
● Abrasion resistance and long service life;
● High strength, outstanding impact resistance;
● Corrosion resistance, resistant to most organic and inorganic solvents, lubricating grease will not have any effect on it.

PI Products Solution
Products of PI material can be manufactured in two different ways: PEEK injection molding or PEEK machining.
Pure PI is rarely used alone, and most of the applied PI is modified and compounded by glass fiber or carbon fiber.
The mechanical properties of pure PI are not high, especially the impact strength is relatively low; after fiber reinforcement, it will be greatly improved.
Typical applications include:
● Parts with low friction coefficient and wear resistance under high speed and high pressure;
● Parts with excellent self-lubricating or oil-lubricating properties;
● Parts with high bending resistance, tensile strength and high impact resistance;
● Corrosion-resistant, radiation-resistant, and rust-resistant parts;
● Parts whose long-term use temperature exceeds 300°C and short-term reaches 400-450°C;
