Surface Flash Defects

ABS → Black Polycarbonate (PC)
We engineered a strategic material shift from ABS to black PC, achieving superior translucency critical for uniform LED visibility while rigorously maintaining UL flame resistance. Our 0.8mm PC/ABS sample testing confirmed PC's unmatched light diffusion properties.
Eliminating Redundancy, Solving Light Bleeding
Our DFM analysis removed four unnecessary round knocks and light tube holes, dramatically reducing mold complexity. We replaced traditional light tubes with 0.5–0.8mm thin PC circles over seven LED holes — an elegant solution that prevents light bleeding while cutting costs.
Optimized Airflow & Precision Alignment
We increased air inlet height to dramatically improve sensor heat dissipation — a seemingly minor adjustment with profound impact on measurement accuracy and device longevity. USB tab positioning was precisely adjusted based on test PCB feedback, guaranteeing perfect assembly.
Professional Finish & Brand Identity
We integrated custom LOGO printing, a 30×65mm sticker, and PANTONE Cool Gray 7C accents with multi-color screen printing options — ensuring the final product reflects the client's brand identity with sophistication.
