Injection Molds Making
Fondata nel 2005 a Shanghai, in Cina, la nostra azienda offriva inizialmente solo servizi di costruzione di stampi. Siamo dotati di attrezzature avanzate per la produzione di stampi e abbiamo implementato il sistema di gestione TS16949.
Injection Molds + Injection Molding
Abbiamo creato una linea di stampaggio a iniezione, passando da 10 macchine a 26 macchine che vanno da 90T a 1100T, in grado di gestire pezzi da componenti minuscoli a oggetti di grandi dimensioni che pesano fino a 5100 grammi. Siamo certificati secondo le norme ISO 9001:2015 e ISO 14001:2015.
Domestic + International
Dal 2013, Zetar si è concentrata sull'espansione delle sue attività all'estero istituendo un dipartimento dedicato alle attività internazionali. Oltre alle operazioni locali, Zetar ha abbracciato le opportunità di business online.

Zetar is committed to thriving until 2064. We hope to collaborate closely and walk hand in hand over the next 40 years. We have expanded our capabilities from 26 to 45 machines, ranging from 90T to 1850T, enabling us to handle large parts weighing up to 10 kg.

Nuove macchine ad iniezione
To meet customer demands for two-color injection molding, in 2024 we added three dual-color machines and installed an 1850T unit capable of producing large parts weighing up to 10 kg.
