2005년 중국 상하이에 설립된 당사는 처음에는 금형 제작 서비스만 제공했습니다. 첨단 금형 제작 장비를 갖추고 TS16949 관리 시스템을 도입했습니다.
Injection Molds + Injection Molding
사출 성형 라인을 구축하여 작은 부품부터 최대 5100g의 대형 제품까지 처리할 수 있는 90T~1100T의 사출 성형기를 10대에서 26대로 확장했습니다. ISO 9001:2015 및 ISO 14001:2015 표준에 따라 인증을 받았습니다.

2013년부터 Zetar는 해외 비즈니스 전담 부서를 설립하여 해외 사업 확장에 주력해 왔습니다. 현지 사업뿐만 아니라 온라인 비즈니스 기회도 적극 수용했습니다.
Speed up to Future
Zetar is committed to thriving until 2064. We hope to collaborate closely and walk hand in hand over the next 40 years. We have expanded our capabilities from 26 to 45 machines, ranging from 90T to 1850T, enabling us to handle large parts weighing up to 10 kg.

To meet customer demands for two-color injection molding, in 2024 we added three dual-color machines and installed an 1850T unit capable of producing large parts weighing up to 10 kg.

Our Class 107 clean room is being upgraded to Class 108 to better comply with the stricter standards required by the food and medical industries.
