This client was initially met at the Russian exhibition. After the exhibition, they traveled to China to visit our factory and were highly satisfied with what they saw. Their project involved a PVC hook with a counterpart. At first, the client was unaware that molds needed to account for shrinkage rates. Our engineer carefully compared the counterpart’s mold drawings and discovered it also included shrinkage, promptly reminding the client. Impressed by our engineer’s professionalism, the client sent the counterpart for testing and assembly. This led to a quick order placement, showcasing their trust in our expertise.
