Injection Molds Making
Fondée en 2005 à Shanghai, en Chine, notre société ne proposait à l'origine que des services de fabrication de moules. Nous disposons d'un équipement de fabrication de moules de pointe et avons mis en place le système de gestion TS16949.
Injection Molds + Injection Molding
Nous avons mis en place une ligne de moulage par injection, passant de 10 à 26 machines allant de 90T à 1100T, capables de traiter des pièces allant de minuscules composants à de gros articles pesant jusqu'à 5100 grammes. Nous sommes certifiés ISO 9001:2015 et ISO 14001:2015.
Domestic + International
Depuis 2013, Zetar s'est concentré sur l'expansion de ses activités à l'étranger en mettant en place un département dédié aux affaires internationales. En plus de ses opérations locales, Zetar a saisi les opportunités de commerce en ligne.
Speed up to Future
Zetar is committed to thriving until 2064. We hope to collaborate closely and walk hand in hand over the next 40 years. We have expanded our capabilities from 26 to 45 machines, ranging from 90T to 1850T, enabling us to handle large parts weighing up to 10 kg.

Nouvelles machines d'injection
To meet customer demands for two-color injection molding, in 2024 we added three dual-color machines and installed an 1850T unit capable of producing large parts weighing up to 10 kg.

Our Class 107 clean room is being upgraded to Class 108 to better comply with the stricter standards required by the food and medical industries.
