PBS'nin bozunmas\u0131 \u00e7ok karma\u015f\u0131k de\u011fildir ve \u00e7evre ve ekosistem \u00fczerinde neredeyse hi\u00e7 etkisi yoktur.<\/p>\n<h3>Fiziksel \u00d6zellikler ve Mekanik \u00d6zellikler<\/h3>\n<p>PBS, onu geleneksel plastiklerden ay\u0131ran benzersiz bir kimyasal yap\u0131ya sahip alifatik bir polyesterdir. Y\u00fcksek kristalli\u011fi nedeniyle PBS, \u00e7e\u015fitli end\u00fcstrilerde yayg\u0131n olarak ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda iyi boyutsal kararl\u0131l\u0131k sergiler.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0130\u015fleme \u00d6zellikleri<\/h3>\n<p>PBS malzemesi iyi bir termoplastikli\u011fe ve termal kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa sahiptir. PBS enjeksiyon kal\u0131plama yoluyla olduk\u00e7a kolay i\u015flenebilir. 90\u00b0C ila 120\u00b0C aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen olduk\u00e7a geni\u015f bir erime s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na sahiptir ve \u00e7o\u011fu enjeksiyon kal\u0131plama ekipman\u0131 ve kal\u0131b\u0131 ile uyumludur. Bu verimli s\u00fcre\u00e7, y\u00fcksek kaliteli plastik par\u00e7alar\u0131n \u00fcretiminde yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PBS enjeksiyon kal\u0131plama, PBS re\u00e7inesinin \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ard\u0131ndan bir kal\u0131ba enjeksiyon ile ba\u015flar. So\u011futulduktan sonra par\u00e7a d\u0131\u015far\u0131 at\u0131l\u0131r. Otomotiv ve t\u0131bbi cihazlar gibi end\u00fcstriler i\u00e7in hassasiyet, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck at\u0131k ve y\u00fcksek kaliteli par\u00e7alar sa\u011flar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Malzeme Haz\u0131rlama<\/h3>\n<p>\u00d6nce  <a href=\"https:\/\/zetarmold.com\/tr\/enjeksiyon-kaliplama-kilavuzu\/\" class=\"external-link\">enjeksiyon kal\u0131plama<\/a><sup id=\"fnref1:3\"><a href=\"#fn:3\" class=\"footnote-ref\">3<\/a><\/sup>PBS malzemesinin nemden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kurutulmas\u0131 gerekir. PBS, malzemenin nem i\u00e7eri\u011fini 0.02%'nin alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in 4 ila 6 saat boyunca 80\u00b0C ila 100\u00b0C s\u0131cakl\u0131kta kurutulmal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Bu, y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 halinde enjeksiyon kal\u0131plama i\u015flemi s\u0131ras\u0131nda kabarc\u0131k olu\u015fumuna yol a\u00e7abilen ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla nihai \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehlikeye atan genel nem unsurunu da beraberinde getirir. <\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca kurutma, PBS'nin eritme s\u0131ras\u0131nda hidrolize olmas\u0131 ve b\u00f6ylece \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin mekanik \u00f6zelliklerini ve g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm kalitesini etkilemesi durumunu da \u00f6nleyebilir.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Eritme ve Kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma<\/h3>\n<p>Kurutulmu\u015f PBS malzemesi, bir enjeksiyon kal\u0131plama makinesinin haznesi ile birle\u015ftirilir ve bir \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u0131s\u0131t\u0131l\u0131r. Enjeksiyon kal\u0131plama makinesinin vidas\u0131, erimi\u015f PBS malzemesini uygun viskozite ve s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa e\u015fit \u015fekilde kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in d\u00f6ner. <\/p>\n<p>Genellikle PBS'nin erime s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 190\u00b0C-220\u00b0C aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ayarlan\u0131r. Eritme s\u0131ras\u0131nda vidan\u0131n hareketi, nihai \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn mekanik \u00f6zelliklerini ve y\u00fczeyini etkileyen PBS'nin d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir \u015fekilde plastikle\u015fmesini de sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<h3>Enjeksiyon Kal\u0131plama<\/h3>\n<p>PBS malzemesi erir ve noz\u00fclden ge\u00e7erek y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7 alt\u0131nda kal\u0131b\u0131n bo\u015flu\u011funa itilir. Kal\u0131p  <a href=\"https:\/\/zetarmold.com\/tr\/enjeksiyon-basincini-hesaplayin\/\" class=\"external-link\">enjeksiyon bas\u0131nc\u0131<\/a><sup id=\"fnref1:4\"><a href=\"#fn:4\" class=\"footnote-ref\">4<\/a><\/sup> \u00fcr\u00fcn tipine ve kal\u0131b\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u00e7o\u011funlukla 60MPa ile 100MPa aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Bu  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beaumontinc.com\/injection-molding-glossary\/injection-time\/\" class=\"external-link\">enjeksiyon s\u00fcresi<\/a><sup id=\"fnref1:5\"><a href=\"#fn:5\" class=\"footnote-ref\">5<\/a><\/sup>Kal\u0131p bo\u015flu\u011funun tamamen dolmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in normalde 0,5 saniye ile 2 saniye aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u00dcr\u00fcnlerde y\u00fcksek boyutlar ve p\u00fcr\u00fczs\u00fcz y\u00fczey elde etmek i\u00e7in enjeksiyonun h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 ve bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenlemek zorunludur.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>So\u011futma ve Kat\u0131la\u015fma<\/h3>\n<p>Enjeksiyondan sonra kal\u0131p kapat\u0131l\u0131r ve enjekte edilen PBS malzemesi so\u011fuyarak kal\u0131b\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131na yerle\u015fir. Tipik olarak  <a href=\"https:\/\/help.autodesk.com\/view\/MFIA\/2024\/ENU\/?guid=GUID-AB418281-9302-4465-A007-7D7EB5388794\" class=\"external-link\">so\u011futma s\u00fcresi<\/a><sup id=\"fnref1:6\"><a href=\"#fn:6\" class=\"footnote-ref\">6<\/a><\/sup> \u00dcr\u00fcn\u00fcn boyutuna ve kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak minimum 10 saniye ile maksimum 60 saniye aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fir. <\/p>\n<p>So\u011futma a\u015famas\u0131nda, kal\u0131b\u0131n so\u011futma sistemi, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn standart olarak so\u011futulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in su veya ya\u011f kullanarak kal\u0131p s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenler. Uygun so\u011futma oranlar\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcndeki i\u00e7 gerilimleri \u00f6nleyerek mekanik \u00f6zelliklerini ve boyutsal kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rabilir.<\/p>\n<h3>Kal\u0131ptan \u00c7\u0131karma ve \u0130\u015flem Sonras\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>\u00dcr\u00fcn so\u011fuduktan ve kat\u0131la\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra kal\u0131p a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r ve \u00fcr\u00fcn ya mekanik olarak ya da tamamen elle \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6kme i\u015fleminden sonra, nihai kalite standartlar\u0131na ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in s\u00f6k\u00fclen \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn geometrisinde \u00e7apak alma, k\u0131rpma gibi ayarlamalar yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekebilir.
