Polietilen (PE) enjeksiyon kal\u0131plama i\u015flemi<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>PE kristal hammaddedir, nem emilimi \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckt\u00fcr, 0.01%'den fazla de\u011fildir, bu nedenle i\u015flemeden \u00f6nce kurutmaya gerek yoktur.<\/p>\n<p>PE molek\u00fcler zincir esnekli\u011fi, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ba\u011flar aras\u0131 kuvvetler, eriyi\u011fin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck viskozitesi ve m\u00fckemmel ak\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k, bu nedenle \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7 olmadan kal\u0131plama ince duvarl\u0131 uzun ak\u0131\u015fl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerden kal\u0131planabilir.<\/p>\n<p>PE b\u00fcz\u00fclme oran\u0131 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131, b\u00fcz\u00fclme de\u011feri, y\u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131k, AYPE b\u00fcz\u00fclme oran\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 1.22%, YYPE b\u00fcz\u00fclme oran\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 1.5%. PE eriyi\u011finin so\u011fuma h\u0131z\u0131 yava\u015ft\u0131r, bu nedenle tamamen so\u011futulmas\u0131 gerekir. Kal\u0131p daha iyi bir so\u011futma sistemine sahip olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>PE eriyi\u011fi enjeksiyon s\u0131ras\u0131nda do\u011frudan giri\u015fle beslenirse, gerilimi art\u0131rmal\u0131 ve d\u00fczensiz b\u00fcz\u00fclme ve deformasyonda belirgin bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6nl\u00fc art\u0131\u015f \u00fcretmelidir, bu nedenle giri\u015f parametrelerinin se\u00e7imine dikkat edilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>PE'nin kal\u0131plama s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 geni\u015ftir, ak\u0131\u015f durumunda, s\u0131cakl\u0131ktaki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir dalgalanma enjeksiyon kal\u0131plamay\u0131 etkilemez.
