Pode durar 5.000 ciclos e funciona com ABS, nylon, PP, PC, acr\u00edlico e muitos outros pl\u00e1sticos. Pode utilizar o a\u00e7o A-2, D-2 e M-2 para fazer n\u00facleos, cavidades e outras pe\u00e7as de moldes de inje\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A adi\u00e7\u00e3o de mais cr\u00f3mio e carbono melhora a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o, ao desgaste e \u00e0 abras\u00e3o. Assim, os tipos de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel como 420, 316-L, 174-PH podem produzir moldes mais complexos e duradouros. Os fabricantes utilizam este metal para canais quentes, inser\u00e7\u00f5es de moldes, n\u00facleos e outros materiais.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quais s\u00e3o os principais componentes de um molde de inje\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Existem duas partes b\u00e1sicas em qualquer molde de inje\u00e7\u00e3o: o lado da cavidade A (estacion\u00e1rio) e o lado da cavidade B (m\u00f3vel). O sistema de canais ajuda o material a chegar \u00e0 porta. Al\u00e9m disso, o sistema de canais pode ter uma s\u00e9rie de canais para espalhar o material se tiver um molde com mais do que uma pe\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Casquilho de jito:<\/strong> \u00c9 normalmente um canal c\u00f3nico ou cil\u00edndrico que transfere o pl\u00e1stico fundido da ponta do bico para o ponto de entrada do canal.
