O fabricante de moldes pega nos dados do produto, analisa-os e digere-os de modo a obter os requisitos para o fabrico de pe\u00e7as de pl\u00e1stico. Por exemplo, quais s\u00e3o os requisitos para a apar\u00eancia, forma, transpar\u00eancia da cor e desempenho das pe\u00e7as de pl\u00e1stico.<\/p>\n<p>A estrutura geom\u00e9trica, a inclina\u00e7\u00e3o e a inser\u00e7\u00e3o das pe\u00e7as moldadas por inje\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o razo\u00e1veis? O grau admiss\u00edvel de defeitos de moldagem, tais como marcas de soldadura e orif\u00edcios de retra\u00e7\u00e3o. Se cumpre os requisitos de espa\u00e7o da estrutura do molde, tais como a base da p\u00e1, a posi\u00e7\u00e3o da fila, o topo inclinado e outros requisitos de espa\u00e7o. As pe\u00e7as da estrutura do molde s\u00e3o suficientemente fortes?
