Se n\u00e3o o fizer, as suas pe\u00e7as podem n\u00e3o funcionar ou podem falhar. Para a moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o, as toler\u00e2ncias t\u00edpicas s\u00e3o de +\/-0,1 mm, com toler\u00e2ncias muito apertadas de +\/-0,025 mm. A taxa de contra\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos de pl\u00e1stico pode variar muito durante a moldagem. Tem uma forte resist\u00eancia ao impacto e ao desgaste, bom desempenho de fluxo e pode formar produtos com uma espessura de parede de 0,4 mm. O PA66 refor\u00e7ado com fibra de vidro tem resist\u00eancia ao calor (ponto de fus\u00e3o 250\u00b0C). A sua desvantagem \u00e9 que absorve humidade. A precis\u00e3o do molde est\u00e1 intimamente relacionada com a tecnologia de processamento e montagem. Se n\u00e3o apresentar os requisitos t\u00e9cnicos corretos durante a conce\u00e7\u00e3o, ou se a conce\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura do molde n\u00e3o for boa, por muito boa que seja a sua tecnologia de processamento e montagem, n\u00e3o pode garantir a precis\u00e3o do molde. A estrutura do molde deve ser feita de a\u00e7o estrutural de liga 40Cr. Se o movimento destas pe\u00e7as m\u00f3veis for impreciso, ou seja, n\u00e3o puderem regressar com precis\u00e3o \u00e0 posi\u00e7\u00e3o original ap\u00f3s cada movimento, ent\u00e3o n\u00e3o importa qu\u00e3o elevada seja a precis\u00e3o de processamento das pe\u00e7as do molde, a precis\u00e3o estrutural do pr\u00f3prio molde, e a precis\u00e3o do produto ir\u00e1 flutuar muito. Existem normalmente dois indicadores para as m\u00e1quinas de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o de precis\u00e3o: um \u00e9 o desvio repetido do tamanho do produto e o outro \u00e9 o desvio repetido do peso do produto. Se for inferior a 0,5%, \u00e9 uma m\u00e1quina de precis\u00e3o, e se for inferior a 0,3%, \u00e9 uma m\u00e1quina de ultraprecis\u00e3o. A uniformidade da plastifica\u00e7\u00e3o do pl\u00e1stico n\u00e3o s\u00f3 afecta a qualidade da moldagem das pe\u00e7as moldadas por inje\u00e7\u00e3o, como tamb\u00e9m afecta a resist\u00eancia do pl\u00e1stico fundido ao passar pela porta. Para obter uma plastifica\u00e7\u00e3o uniforme, \u00e9 essencial um parafuso especial e a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de tecnologia de plastifica\u00e7\u00e3o especializada.<\/p>\n<p>Para al\u00e9m disso, a temperatura do tambor tamb\u00e9m deve ser controlada com precis\u00e3o. Atualmente, a temperatura do parafuso e do cilindro \u00e9 maioritariamente controlada por PID (proporcional, diferencial, integral). A precis\u00e3o pode ser controlada dentro de \u00b11\u00b0C, o que pode basicamente satisfazer os requisitos da moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o de precis\u00e3o.
